As part of the “ FSL initiatives for Wheat Farmers and Livestock Herders via Irrigation Rehabilitation and Agricultural Assistance in NW Syria – Envelope-1” project, funded by the Syria Cross-border Humanitarian Fund (SCHF), The Establishment for Human Care and Development – MASRRAT distributed diesel fuel in Mahambal subdistrict to beneficiary farmers in the project villages of Al- Kniseh, Haloul, Kafrmid, Baftamoun, and Mahambal.
A total of 39,000 liters of Grade One diesel fuel was distributed to 600 beneficiary farmers, with each farmer receiving 65 liters.
MASRRAT continues its support for beneficiary farmers and contributes to easing the burdens they face amid the significant increase in agricultural input costs. This intervention also supports the value chain of the strategic wheat crop and contributes to strengthening food security in the region.
