The program aims to:
- Providing winter clothes, blankets, and fuel for heating to the vulnerable families
- Urgent response to the displaced needs through providing them shelter and basic necessities.
- Shelter rehabilitation through removing the rubble, in addition to the restoration of walls, windows, and doors to be equipped for displaced.
- Rehabilitation of health facilities, electricity, and installation of water tanks.
