The Human Welfare and Development Foundation – Masarrat announces the launch of a new “Cash for Work (CFW)” activity that aims to provide a helping hand to farmers in the Binnish region. At this difficult stage, where many are facing financial challenges, this activity has come to be a real lifeline for farmers who do not receive support from other organizations.
Through this activity, the organization will employ 95 female workers and 5 supervisors to work on picking vegetables daily. The work has been organized in a thoughtful way, as the workers will be divided into five groups, each group containing 19 workers under the supervision of one supervisor. This fruitful work continues for 44 days.
The goal of this activity is to ensure that fresh products reach markets, which contributes to supporting agricultural business continuity and improving the economic conditions of farmers
We believe that every effort made in these difficult moments has a profound impact and will contribute significantly to improving the lives of those individuals who depend on their agriculture for their livelihood.
