And to support wheat value chain, The Establishment For Human Care And Development (MASRRAT) –, started purchasing bread wheat for milling and distributing free bread for IDPs families in camps in Atareb sub district. So MASRRAT field team purchased 600 tons of soft and durum wheat from wheat farmers directly in the Atareb subdistrict, and in parallel contracted with a mill to produce flour and contracted with four bakeries to start the manufacturing and producing bread.
